Family Fun Night in Dixon

Special event for families of children with special needs

Families of children with special needs are invited to attend an evening of free food, fun and games at the Lions Shelter at Lowell Park in Dixon.

The event starts at 3:30 p.m. on May 22. Activities include:

• 4 p.m. – A fairy garden make-n-take
• 5 p.m. – Dinner
• 6 p.m. – Lawn games
• 7 p.m. – Campfire

Note that dinner is for immediate family only and limited to 100 people.

The event will adhere to all COVID-19 guidelines, including face masks, social distancing, sanitizing between activities and hand sanitizer for use between scheduled activities.

Participants will have a health screening upon arrival.

Families should register by emailing Patti at pmook@eastersealschicago.org. The deadline to register is May 19.

The event will go on rain or shine.
