Family and Community Empowerment Virtual Networking Meeting in Spanish

Monthly statewide virtual meeting for parents, caregivers and community support members in Spanish

The Illinois State Board of Education (ISBE), the Learning Technology Center and other Illinois educational advocacy groups are hosting these free, monthly meetings for parents/caregivers and community support members across the state during the 2021-22 school year.

The new Family and Community Empowerment (FACE) virtual meeting series will focus on capacity building, networking, sharing best practices and empowering attendees with the tools and skills needed to make an even greater impact in their communities.

Meetings in this series will be offered in both English and Spanish.

Spanish-speaking meetings will take place the second Thursday of each month from 3:15-4:15 p.m. (English-speaking meetings will take place on the second Tuesday of each month from 3:15-4:15 p.m.)
