Erin’s Pavilion Camp L.E.A.P.- Leisure, Education and Adaptive Programming in Springfield
An inclusive summer camp focusing on leisure, education and adaptive programming for youth ages 13 to 25
Join the Springfield Park District for a week of Camp L.E.A.P. on July 5 to 8 from 7:30 a.m. – 5 p.m. each day. Due to the July 4th holiday, this week will run Tuesday – Friday.
The camp will be held at Erin’s Pavillion, 4965 S. Second St., in Springfield.
Camp L.E.A.P., which stands for Leisure Education and Adaptive Programming, is for campers ages 13 to 25.
Children and youth of all abilities are welcome and are grouped by age into multiple classroom settings. A special focus will be placed on individuals with disabilities to ensure participation by all in activities, including:
- Arts and crafts
- Exploring Southwind Park
- Swimming
- Bowling
- Guest speakers
- Field trips
The camp fee is $90 per week for Springfield residents or $110 for non-residents.
