DSCC Mokena Family Education and Networking Group Meeting

Start the new year with valuable local resources and family connections!

Our Mokena Regional Office is hosting the next Mokena Family Education and Networking Group meeting on Jan. 29 from 5 to 6 p.m.

This free virtual meeting on Zoom will highlight Bounce Children’s Foundation. Bounce Children’s Foundation transforms the lives of children with chronic illness and their families, shifting all from surviving to thriving.

All Division of Specialized Care for Children (DSCC) participant families based at our Mokena office in the Core and Connect Care programs are welcome to attend.

The Mokena Family Education and Networking Group aims to help families:

• Learn about resources in your community
• Find opportunities to get involved
• Network with other area families
