Disability to Possibility

Get practical information for students with disabilities in all stages of transition.

Also known as “Get It Done Day,” this conference offers information to help students move through the changes they experience as they become young adults. You’ll find supports and practical solutions to help children become independent and reach their full potential.

Lunch and childcare are provided. Registration is preferred. Two computers will be offered as door prizes!
