Deaf and Hard-of-Hearing Sports Camp at Horner Park

Summer day camp for deaf and hard-of-hearing children age 5-15.

The Chicago Park District invites deaf and hard-of-hearing children to attend Sports Camp. In this active and fun-filled camp, children will learn the basic skills of a number of sports, with a concentration on exercise, sportsmanship and friendly competition. Sports and activities commonly covered in camp include basketball, biking, fitness, floor hockey, gymnastics, in-line skating, soccer, tennis and volleyball.

Sports Camp is 12 p.m. to 6 p.m. on July 9-20 at Horner Park or Gage Park. Register for Sports Camp through the Chicago Park District website.
