A family bonfire at Northerly Island for families with children who have a hearing loss
The Chicago Park District is hosting a Deaf and Hard of Hearing Family Bonfire on Nov. 13 from 3 – 6 p.m.
Join this family bonfire at Northerly Island!
The event is open to families with children who have a hearing loss and will include:
- A fire safety demonstration
- Savory dinner recipes
- Stick around for s’mores
- An American Sign Language (ASL) story
All fire and cooking supplies will be provided. Bring non-alcoholic beverages for your family to enjoy with dinner and camp chairs.
