Dance Marathon at the University of Illinois Springfield
Students dance to raise money for HSHS St. John’s Children’s Hospital in Springfield.
Dance Marathon is a nationwide movement in which more than 250 colleges and high schools each raise money for the Children’s Miracle Network hospital in their area.
The University of Illinois Springfield’s Dance Marathon will take place Feb. 24 and benefit HSHS St. John’s Children’s Hospital in Springfield. Throughout the year, UIS students have raised money for the hospital and interacted with the children who receive care there and their families.
The six-hour Dance Marathon will include dancing, games and entertainment.
