A weekend of accessible performances for children with disabilities and their families at the Chicago Children’s Theatre mainstage productions

Join the Chicago Children’s Theatre for “The Beatrix Potter Holiday Tea Party”  access weekend performances on:

• Saturday, Nov. 25
  • 9:30 a.m. – Open captions
  • 11:30 a.m. – Audio description and touch tour
• Sunday, Nov. 26
  • 9:30 a.m. –Sensory-friendly
  • 11:30 a.m. – American Sign Language (ASL) and open captions

Four Beatrix Potter favorites will come to life in this mesmerizing, interactive trunk and puppet show, complete with original music.

Storytellers interweave the classic narration and guide gentle interactive moments, recruiting young watchers to join the adventure. The show is for children up to age 8.

After the show, head to the lobby to:

• Play with the puppets
• Take pictures with the cast
• Enjoy a tea party featuring a festive spread of holiday treats
