A weekend of accessible performances for children with disabilities and their families at the Chicago Children’s Theatre mainstage productions
Join the Chicago Children’s Theatre for “The Beatrix Potter Holiday Tea Party” access weekend performances on:
- Saturday, Dec. 10
- 9:30 a.m. – American Sign Language (ASL) Interpreted and Open Captions
- 11:30 a.m. – Sensory-Friendly
- Sunday, Dec. 11

Four Beatrix Potter favorites will come to life in this mesmerizing, interactive trunk and puppet show, complete with original music. Storytellers interweave the classic narration and guide gentle interactive moments, recruiting young watchers ages 2 to 6 to join the adventure.
After the show, the audience may come up on stage to gently play with the puppets and take pictures.
Then, head to the lobby for a festive spread of chocolate milk and cookies
