Camp No Limits – Illinois
An overnight camp for children with limb loss or limb difference and their families
The Camp No Limits Foundation is hosting Camp No Limits on June 22 to 25.
Camp No Limits aims to educate and empower participants to live happy, healthy and independent lives.
Campers will stay at the Lake Forest Academy campus. Activities will include:
- Swimming and kayaking
- Track and field
- Dancing
- Occupational therapy (OT), physical therapy (PT) and Sibling Club life skills sessions
- Biking and running clinics
- Peer support groups
- A talent show and 80’s themed group activity
The camp is open to children with limb loss or limb difference and their families.
Program Partner Great Lakes Adaptive Sports Association (GLASA) will provide instructors and adaptive equipment for activities.
The cost is $500 per person and includes on-site meals and lodging. Families are responsible for transportation to and from camp.
