An exciting, safe summer camp experience for individuals with disabilities ages 6 to 65

Camp Callahan hosts three, week-long camp sessions in July. Session 1, for children ages 6 to 12, is from July 10 to 15.

Camp Callahan provides children and adults with a wide range of physical and mental disabilities an environment where they can explore, learn and have fun. The camp offers a stimulating and specialized environment, equipment, accessible buildings, trained adult staff and will work to accommodate special dietary needs such as sugar-free and gluten intolerance.

Eligible campers residing in west-central Illinois and eastern Missouri can attend Camp Callahan for a $20 registration fee. Campers from other areas may be charged $500 for a one-week session. Prospective campers from outside the area should contact the Camp Callahan, Inc. office for additional information and assistance.

Visit the Camp Callahan website for the camp application and physical form.

The application, current medical examination form and a $20 non-refundable application fee are required by June 10. Applications after this deadline will be accommodated on a first-come, first-served basis as room allows.
