A free, all-abilities boxing workshop for children and youth

West Suburban Special Recreation Association (WSSRA) is hosting a Boxability International Inc. workshop on Sept. 21 from 6:30 to 8 p.m.

Boxability International Inc. is a therapeutic boxing program. It’s designed to build strong bodies, minds and self-confidence. Youth of all abilities, ages 8 and older, are welcome to attend.

Participants will learn boxing techniques from Boxability’s founders, Brian Roman and coach Dino Spencer. No boxing experience is required!

The techniques can be:

Modified for all ages and ability levels
Done sitting or standing

The workshop is free. You must sign up in advance. All participants must be accompanied by an adult.
