Family Matters Parent Training and Information Center (FMPTIC) is hosting “Behavior and Discipline Issues” on May 10 from 6 to 7:30 p.m.
This in-person training is open to parents or anyone interested in learning about different parenting styles and strategies for dealing with behavior and discipline challenges.
Other topics will include:
- Understanding the difference between discipline and punishment
- Learning about reinforcement and encouragement
- Preventing problem behavior
