AwakeLabs Wearable-Enabled Supports Event in Burr Ridge
A free, in-person event for families, self-advocates, educators and other professionals to learn about AwakeLabs wearable-enabled supports for individuals with cognitive disabilities
The Ray Graham Association (RGA) invites you to learn about AwakeLabs wearable-enabled supports on Oct. 19 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.
It can be difficult to communicate feelings and emotions, especially when you have trouble understanding your feelings or do not use words. Anxiety, fear, anger and other emotions can build internally. This can lead to increased agitation, distress and actions that might not be appropriate.
Attendees will hear first-hand success stories about how a smartwatch is helping people with varied needs.
The smartwatch is equipped with a clinically validated algorithm to:
- Capture a personalized baseline
- Report real-time changes in stress and strong emotions
See the AwakeLabs event flyer for more details.
Register for this free in-person training.

The next in-person session will feature “Your Physical and Emotional Health” on Nov. 16.
