A free, regional event for families of students with disabilities to explore next steps and make connections

York Community High School, in partnership with 20 other local high schools, invites you to the “Annual Options Fair” on Oct. 11 from 6 to 8:30 p.m.

Are you and your child exploring transition and the options available following high school?

The Options Fair is a regional, post-secondary planning night for families of students who have either a 504 Plan or an Individualized Education Program (IEP). Attendees can learn about and make connections with a variety of organizations, including:

Colleges
College-experience programs
Certificate/trade schools
Adult agencies

Representatives from the University of Illinois Chicago’s Division of Specialized Care for Children (DSCC) will also be there to explain our programs and answer questions.
