Adaptive Adventures Multi-Sport Expo
A free opportunity for people with disabilities to try a new sport, learn about additional summer opportunities and be part of the Adaptive Adventures community
Are you interested in trying a new sport such as cycling, climbing, kayaking or dragon boating?
The Adaptive Adventures Multi-Sport Expo is being held on Sept. 11 from 9 a.m – 4:30 p.m.
Join this expo for an opportunity to:
- Rotate through a variety of sports stations
- Meet program coordinators
- Learn about upcoming opportunities
- Be part of the Adaptive Adventures community
No experience is necessary and family and friends are welcome to attend. Participants will experience half of the sports stations before lunch and half afterward. A picnic-style food truck will provide lunch.
Following the activities, everyone is invited to an ice cream social with sweet treats and a chance to get to know your fellow participants, volunteers and staff.
The event is free for participants, family/caregivers and volunteers. Please register as early as possible to help with planning.
Please Note – Adaptive Adventures will continue to run their activities as long as possible but may need to stop programming later in the afternoons if lightning is in the area.
