Free exposition for people with disabilities on Navy Pier.
AccessChicago brings together more than 100 exhibitors to showcase top disability-related service providers, product merchandisers, assistive technology suppliers and recreational activities under one roof.
The event is organized by the Mayor’s Office for People with Disabilities and is free and open to the public.
AccessChicago promotes the independence and inclusion of people with all types of disabilities by showcasing Chicago’s wide range of accessible products and services.
Visitors of all ages will be able to:
- Test products and services and connect with community organizations to learn about available disability-related social services
- Take part in various adaptive sports and recreational opportunities
- Learn about legal rights of people with disabilities as a consumer, employee and more
Our Chicago staff will be there to meet families and explain how we can help connect their child with special healthcare needs to services and resources.
