5th Annual ABC Conference

Designed to help professionals work together in areas of Autism, Behavior, and Complex Medical Needs.

Participants will acquire knowledge of care coordination for children with complex needs and gain a better understanding of working with child care,  schools,  home visitors, and others to support families and access services.

Our own Home Care Liaison, Cynthia Booth, is participating in two panels. She’ll be discussing how transition children from hospital to home and into the community and school.
