Free webinar to help parents understand the Child Find legal requirement.

Child Find is a legal requirement that is part of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA). It requires schools to find children who have disabilities and need services.

Family Matters Parent Training & Information Center is hosting a 30-minute message webinar that will cover:

What is Child Find?
What are a school district’s responsibilities?
Who can make a referral?
What are screenings?
