A fun camp experience for youth ages 7 to 17 who are deaf or hard of hearing

Camp Lions of Illinois is hosting a week of fun for youth who are deaf or hard of hearing from July 16 to 22 at East Bay Camp, 24248 Ron Smith Memorial Highway, in Hudson.

Check-in will be Sunday from 2 to 4 p.m. Check-out will be Friday from 9 to 11 a.m.

Located on the northeast end of Lake Bloomington, campers will make new friends while enjoying:

  • Canoeing and pontoon boat rides
  • Archery
  • Team challenge courses
  • Nature crafts
  • Cookouts around the fire

Camp is free for eligible youth.

Get the 2023 Youth Camper application online.  The deadline to apply is May 15. All applications are subject to approval.
