A free training for caregivers and professionals to strengthen Individualized Education Program (IEP) meeting teamwork, student-centered planning and outcomes

Family Matters Parent Training and Information Center will host “Building Collaborative IEP Teams” on Nov. 20 from 5 to 6 p.m.

Gain strategies for building a more collaborative IEP meeting experience and better outcomes for every learner.

Participants will learn how to:

  • Strengthen teamwork
  • Clarify IEP team member roles
  • Apply Charting the LifeCourse (CtLC) principles to create meaningful, student-centered plans
