Supported decision-making is a way to support your loved ones with disabilities in the decision-making process.

The webinar will walk participants through the supported decision-making (SDB) tool. The discussion will include:

• Examples of supported decision-making
• How to choose supporters and the types of support needed
• How to put your supported decision-making agreement in writing
