An inclusive, sensory-friendly opportunity to explore the museum
The Abraham Lincoln Presidential Library and Museum (ALPLM) is hosting “Abe for All: Sensory Friendly Sunday” on Nov. 3 from 1 to 5 p.m.
ALPLM guests will learn about President Lincoln in a sensory-friendly environment with:
- Lights turned on in the Theater and Journey exhibits
- Lower sound
- Less special effects
A quiet room will be available.
More accessibility resources include listening devices, social stories, busy bags and a pre-visit preparation packet to help plan your visit.
