Free webinar on understanding, creating and using boundaries to keep the peace for parents/caregivers of children with autism

The Chicago Autism Network will host “Empowerment Through Boundaries: Creating Safer and Healthier Dynamics” on Zoom on May 22 from 7 to 8 p.m.

Join Brigid McCormick, MA, BCBA, to learn about boundaries and how they can be an efficient and effective way to keep the peace in your home.

Brigid will help participants learn how boundaries can help everyone feel more connected, respected and prepared for relationships with others. Her discussion will include:

  • What a boundary is and isn’t
  • How to set house rules
  • How to use boundaries in your day-to-day life

Brigid will guide attendees in creating a personal action plan with steps to implement right away.

Brigid is the founder and clinical director of Precision ABA, a Precision Teaching learning center and in-home practice in Naperville. Brigid believes her role is to coach and empower others to meet the goals meaningful for them.
