Free family fun event featuring a film screening and other American Sign Language (ASL) activities

Join the Chicago Hearing Society (CHS) and Sally Is Sarah Productions (SISP) for a free family fun event on March 10 from 2 to 4 p.m.

The event will feature a free screening of the short film “Red – A Crayon’s ASL Story.” Red is a delightful story about a crayon discovering who he is meant to be.

Following the film, families can enjoy:

  • Socializing
  • Meeting the cast
  • Enjoying activities with several of the film’s Deaf performers
  • Playing games

Light snacks will be available.

The event will be accessible in ASL and English.

Public parking is conveniently located one block north of the museum near Clark and LaSalle streets at 1730 N. Stockton Drive. It is $10 with museum validation.
