Virtual – “My Kite, Mi Barrilete! Learning through Art and Music! / ¡Aprendiendo a través del Arte y la Música!”
A free bilingual family event exploring music and art in English and Spanish
StarNet Region II will host “My Kite, Mi Barrilete! Learning through Art and Music! / ¡Aprendiendo a través del Arte y la Música!” on Nov. 29 from 6 to 7 p.m.
Join ‘Mi Amigo’ Hamlet and Alina Celeste for an inclusive, bilingual enrichment program that’s fun for the whole family!
Children of all ages and abilities will have fun exploring music and art. Activities centering around their song, “My Kite, Mi Barrilete,” will include:
- Spanish and English songs
- Creating decorative kites with mixed media of different shapes
Please bring:
- Paper or materials with textures you would like to use
- Something for drawing such as crayons, markers, paint/brush, etc.
- Glue
- Scissors
Mi Amigo Hamlet y Alina Celeste organizan una experiencia multimedia en torno a su canción MY KITE (versión en inglés) – MI BARRILETE (versión en español) y muestran a los niños cómo crear cometas con técnicas mixtas de diferentes formas.
