Special Needs Superheroes Event in Mount Vernon
A free event featuring a costume contest, hay rides, food and fun for children and adults with disabilities and their families
Superheroes will unite at Mount Vernon Baptist Temple’s “Special Needs Superheroes Event” on Oct. 28 from 4 to 6:30 p.m.
Dress as your favorite superhero and head to Mount Vernon! This event will be packed with fun.
Meet some of your favorite superheroes, participate in the costume contest and enjoy riding the hayride. Other free activities will include:
- Haircuts
- A petting zoo and horseback rides
- Face painting and games
- Brats, hamburgers, snow cones and popcorn
- Balloon tying with Rainbow the Clown
- Prizes and more
The event is free and open to children and adults with disabilities, and their family members and caregivers.
