Forest Park School District 91 Transition Workshop “Oak Leyden”

A free, in-person workshop providing information and resources to help students with disabilities and their families prepare for the transition to adulthood

Join Forest Park School District 91 to learn about Oak Leyden on May 18 from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. The workshop will take place in the Field-Stevenson Library.

The Forest Park School District 91 transition workshop series wraps up with information about Oak Leyden and its programs for individuals with disabilities and their families.

Representatives from Oak Leyden will share information and answer questions about its programs, including:

• Supported employment
• Community living and lifelong learning
• Family resources
