Forest Park School District 91 Transition Workshop “Stride Autism Centers”
A free, in-person workshop providing information and resources to help students with disabilities and their families prepare for the transition to adulthood
Join Forest Park School District 91 for a workshop on Stride Autism Centers on May 10 from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. The workshop will take place at Field-Stevenson Library.
This workshop is part of a series to help parents learn more about area services.
Representatives from Stride Autism Centers will discuss applied behavior analysis (ABA).
ABA is a treatment program to help young learners with autism to:
- Better communicate
- Develop social and play skills
- Build self-care skills like potty training and handwashing
You do not need to register to attend this workshop.
