The University of Illinois Chicago (UIC) Department of Disability and Human Development’s Co-Op Team is hosting a community webinar for interested applicants on June 24 at 12 p.m.
The UIC Certificate in Co-Operative Career Experience, offered by the Department of Disability and Human Development, is a new, integrated academic program for students with intellectual disabilities and autism.
Students will earn UIC credits from the Department of Disability and Human Development and create a path toward career opportunities in:
Navigating the application process is difficult, so the Co-Op Team will provide interested applicants and their support system an opportunity to:
- Get to know the program
- Learn about its opportunities
- Learn how to submit an application
- Ask questions
The Co-Op Program is now accepting applications for admission for fall 2022.
