Early Intervention Vision and Hearing Conference 2022 – Normal
A free conference for professionals working with children who have hearing and/or vision concerns and their families
Illinois School for the Deaf Outreach invites you to the Early Intervention Vision and Hearing Conference 2022 on June 23 from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
The conference will be held at the Illinois State University Alumni Center, 1101 N. Main Street, Normal.
This year’s Early Intervention Vision and Hearing Conference is in-person and will cover topics that include:
- Street drugs
- Assessments for children who are visually impaired
- Audiology
- Information about our Division of Specialized Care for Children programs

Accommodation requests must be received at least three weeks prior to the event date, the committee will do its best to grant reasonable requests.
Hotel rooms are available at:
- Courtyard Marriot – Bloomington/Normal for $109. Rooms must be booked by June 1.
- Holiday Inn – Bloomington/Normal for $119. Input dates and then choose IL Hearing and Vision Conference for rate. Rooms must be booked by May 23.
