Teen Leadership Club at Gage Park for Deaf and Hard-of-Hearing
A free, weekly opportunity for youth to learn leadership skills and enjoy other activities.
The Chicago Park District is hosting the Teen Leadership Club for deaf and hard-of-hearing youth on Friday nights at Gage Park. The club will meet from Sept. 10 through Dec. 3 from 3:30 to 8:30 p.m.
The club is free to join and open to youth in grades 8 through 12 (ranging in age from at least 13 but less than 18) who are deaf and hard-of-hearing. Activities will include:
- Leadership skills
- Sports
- Games
- Community service opportunities
All teens are required to wear a mask and practice social distancing at all times.
