A virtual conference for families and professionals featuring pre-conference workshops, keynote speakers, conference sessions and access to session recordings following the live events

The Division for Early Childhood’s 37th Annual Conference is online from Sept. 20-24.

Three-hour, in-depth pre-conference workshops (available for an additional fee) will take place on the morning and afternoon of Sept. 20.

The Division for Early Childhood (DEC) conference participants will explore what’s going on nationally in early intervention (EI) and Early Childhood Special Education (ECSE) in response to issues of inclusion, equity, social justice, virtual learning and other critical issues.

Participants will also enjoy networking opportunities with other families and professionals and joining the live keynote presentations, conference sessions, poster sessions and hot topics covering:

  • The latest research
  • Evidence-based practices
  • Advice for working with young children with disabilities, their families and the professionals who serve them

Video and audio recordings will be available for attendees following the conference. Keynotes, hot topics, and pre-conference workshops will not be recorded.

Attendees may register for one or two pre-conference workshops for an additional charge. Offered in the morning and afternoon, these three-hour, in-depth sessions include an official certificate of attendance. Registration for each workshop is $25 per attendee.

Family members of young children with disabilities between the ages of 0 and 8 can apply for a registration waiver (free conference registration).
