This lunch and learn webinar from the Family Resource Center on Disabilities will focus  on “Navigating the Transition Plan.” It is scheduled for 12 p.m. April 29.

Transitioning from high school to adulthood is an exciting time for students. However, if your child is receiving special education services, there are some aspects of your child’s transition plan that you must be aware of and be prepared to act upon.  The webinar will cover:

• Summary of Performance and when to get one
• Transfer of Parental Rights
• Entitlement vs. Eligibility
