Canceled: Pediatric Hemiplegia Family Symposium in Chicago
Note this event has been canceled.
The Pediatric Hemiplegia Family Symposium gives Chicago-area families affected by pediatric-onset hemiplegia the chance to learn about ongoing research, advocacy and educational efforts. Attendees can also participate in games and activities made for the whole family.
This half-day event is scheduled for April 4 at the Northwestern Medicine campus in downtown Chicago.
It provides a chance to connect with other families and learn some of the science Northwestern University does related to pediatric-onset hemiplegia.
Children are invited to attend with a parent.
Interactive activities for the whole family will be from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Activities will be available for children who are pre-registered during the research talks from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. Children must be potty trained to participate.
Registration is $10 per person and includes breakfast, snacks and drinks. Parking will be available for the day for $6.
