The Family Resource Center on Disabilities is hosting the free webinar “Navigating the Transition Plan” on Jan. 15 from 12 to 1 p.m.

Transitioning from high school to adulthood is an exciting time for students. However, if your child is receiving special education services, there are some aspects of your child’s transition plan that you must be aware of and be prepared to act upon.
