Transition Roundtable

A panel of 25 professionals offer local transition resources.

Parents, teachers, and interested community members are encouraged to attend this brown bag presentation to learn about vocational, educational, residential, recreational, case management and mental health services in the Champaign area. Each panelist will give a presentation on services their organization offers.
