DESCRIPTION:A free event for women living with epilepsy\, as well as caregi
 vers\, friends and supporters\, to discover simple\, supportive ways to pa
 use\, focus on well-being and build meaningful connections\n\nThe Epilepsy
  Foundation of Greater Chicago (EFGC) invites you to Women’s Community D
 ay on May 17 from 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.\n\nStress\, burnout and daily dem
 ands can take a real toll – especially for women navigating epilepsy and
  caregiving roles.\n\nThis day aims to help you pause\, reset and reconnec
 t. Participants will discover simple\, supportive ways to care for the min
 d and body while building meaningful connections with others who understan
 d the journey.\n\nActivities will include:\n\n 	Learning from trusted voic
 es in the epilepsy and wellness space as they break down how stress\, mind
 fulness and nutrition impact brain health\n 	Participating in a gentle\, a
 ccessible yoga and breathing session to help reduce stress in real\, pract
 ical ways\n 	Exploring hands-on how to nourish your body and build balance
 d snacks that support energy and brain health\n 	Sharing honest experience
 s\, challenges and what living well with epilepsy looks like in their live
 s\n\nParticipants will leave knowing it’s not about doing everything per
 fectly\, it’s about finding what works for you.\n\nThe event is free and
  for women living with epilepsy\, as well as caregivers\, friends and supp
