DESCRIPTION:Support inclusion and cheer on your favorite team at this famil
 y-friendly wheelchair basketball event in Normal\n\nLiving Independence Fo
 r Everyone Center for Independent Living (LIFE CIL) will host its "Wheelch
 air Basketball Disability Awareness Event" on May 2 from 9 to 10 a.m. at E
 astview Christian Church in Normal.\n\nMembers of the University of Illino
 is men’s and women’s wheelchair basketball teams will participate in a
 n exhibition game against LIFE CIL's United States Veterans team.\n\nThis 
 exciting\, family-friendly event will include:\n\n 	Watching highly skille
 d wheelchair athletes\, including Paralympic participants\n 	Seeing wheelc
 hair athletes compete with individuals who do not typically use wheelchair
 s\n 	Activities promoting disability awareness\n 	Supporting LIFE CIL and 
 two scholarships to the University of Illinois Youth Wheelchair Sports Cam
 ps\n\nThe event will also include raffles and a silent auction. Organizers
  will announce the winners before the event ends.\n\nTickets are $5 per pe
 rson. You can buy tickets in advance at LIFE CIL or at the door on the day
  of the event. Admission is free for children ages 5 and under.\n\nAll pro
 ceeds from this event benefit LIFE Center for Independent Living (LIFE CIL
 ) and two scholarships to the University of Illinois Youth Wheelchair Spor
