 e Blind will host "Putting the Good in Goodbye: Acknowledging\, Managing a
 nd Celebrating the Shift to Adult Care" on April 29 from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m
 .\n\nEach session will feature expert presenters\, several of whom are par
 ents with real-world insights into the unique challenges faced by individu
 als with complex disabilities.\n\nFamilies and their loved ones often face
  emotional and relational challenges as they transition from pediatric to 
 adult healthcare.\n\nSusan Shanske\, MSW\, LICSW\, and Lisa Volpigno\, MSW
 \, social workers with the BRIDGES Adult Transition Program at Boston Chil
 dren’s Hospital\, will help families make the most of this transition. T
 hey will share:\n\n 	How their program supports patients\, families\, and 
 providers in navigating changing relationships and balancing new responsib
 ilities\n 	Practical strategies and insights for making the most of this t
