 care Transition for Individuals with Disabilities" on April 22 from 11 a.m
 . to 12 p.m. Webinars will continue on Wednesdays through April 29.\n\nEac
 h session will feature expert presenters\, several of whom are parents wit
 h real-world insights into the unique challenges faced by individuals with
  complex disabilities.\nThis session features The Arc of Massachusetts Chi
 ef Executive Officer Maura Sullivan. She will help parents:\n\n\n 	Navigat
 e the move from pediatric to adult healthcare for young adults with intell
 ectual and developmental disabilities or autism\n 	Explore common barriers
 \n 	Gain a deeper understanding of how to promote continuity of care\, ind
 ependence and quality of life for young adults\n 	Share challenges and pra
 ctical strategies to make the transition smoother\n\nThe webinar is free. 
 Parents\, caregivers\, educators\, healthcare professionals and advocates
