DESCRIPTION:Learn about Charting the LifeCourse (CtLC)\, a practical\, fami
 ly-centered framework for planning across the lifespan\, in this free webi
 nar series\n\nFamily Matters Parent Training and Information Center will h
 ost part six\, "Building a Life Vision: In School and Beyond" on June 18. 
 This series meets on the third Thursday of the month from 12 to 12:45 p.m.
 \n\nThe 12-session virtual series will introduce Charting the LifeCourse (
 CtLC)\, a practical\, family-centered framework for planning across the li
 fespan. Each month\, families\, youth\, and professionals will explore one
  key CtLC tool or concept through:\n\n 	Short videos\n 	Guided discussion\
 n 	Examples of how families are using these tools to plan\, connect and ad
 vocate for the life they want\n\n\n\n\nThere will also be time to network\
 , share ideas and connect with others on similar journeys.\n\nAnyone suppo
 rting students and young adults with disabilities is welcome to attend.\n\
