 IL ABLE account\, a savings and investment account for people with disabil
 ities\n\nIllinois ABLE (Achieving a Better Life Experience) will host "Get
  Ready to Open an IL ABLE Account" on April 21 from 12 to 1 p.m.\n\nIL ABL
 E accounts give people with disabilities and their families greater financ
 ial independence while preserving benefits.\n\nJoin IL ABLE account team m
 embers to learn:\n\n 	Who is eligible to own an IL ABLE account\n 	Who can
  open an account\n 	How IL ABLE can be a savings tool for individuals with
  disabilities\n 	How people receiving benefits such as Supplemental Securi
 ty Income (SSI) and Medicaid can build assets with an IL ABLE account\n 	H
 ow IL ABLE accounts work alongside other financial tools such as special n
 eeds trusts and retirement accounts\n\nThe webinar is free.\n\nSelf-advoca
