DESCRIPTION:A free webinar providing steps and requirements for opening an 
 IL ABLE account\, a savings and investment account for people with disabil
 ities\n\nIllinois ABLE (Achieving a Better Life Experience) will host "Get
  Ready to Open an IL ABLE Account" on May 13 from  6 to 7 p.m.\n\nIL ABLE
  accounts give people with disabilities and their families greater financi
 al independence while preserving benefits.\n\nJoin IL ABLE account team me
 mbers to learn:\n\n 	Who is eligible to own an IL ABLE account\n 	Who can 
 open an account\n 	How IL ABLE can be a savings tool for individuals with 
 disabilities\n 	How people receiving benefits such as Supplemental Securit
 y Income (SSI) and Medicaid can build assets with an IL ABLE account\n 	Ho
 w IL ABLE accounts work alongside other financial tools\, such as special 
 needs trusts and retirement accounts\n\nThe webinar is free.\n\nSelf-advoc
