 ’s Civil Rights Division and the U.S. Department of Health and Human Ser
 vices’ Administration for Community Living and Office for Civil Rights t
 o commemorate the 25th anniversary of Olmstead on June 20 from 1 to 2 p.m.
 \n\nThe Supreme Court's landmark decision in the Olmstead v. L.C. case hel
 ped open doors to community inclusion for more people with disabilities by
 :\n\n 	Holding unjustified segregation of people with disabilities as a fo
 rm of unlawful discrimination under the Americans with Disabilities Act\n 
 	Requiring states to ensure that people with disabilities can receive serv
 ices in the most integrated setting appropriate to their needs\n\nGuests w
 ill learn about the impact of Olmstead from people with disabilities\, fed
 eral leaders and national experts.\n\nThe panel will also discuss:\n\n 	Ba
 rriers to community living and true inclusion that people with disabilitie
