 ly-centered framework for planning across the lifespan\, in this free webi
 nar series\n\nFamily Matters Parent Training and Information Center will h
 ost part seven of their Charting the Lifecourse series\, "Using the One-Pa
 ger in the School Setting for Connection and Self-Advocacy\," on July 16 f
 rom 12 to 12:45 p.m.\n\nThe 12-session virtual series will introduce Chart
 ing the LifeCourse (CtLC)\, a practical\, family-centered framework for pl
 anning across the lifespan. Each month\, families\, youth\, and profession
 als will explore one key CtLC tool or concept through:\n\n 	Short videos\n
  	Guided discussion\n 	Examples of how families are using these tools to p
 lan\, connect and advocate for the life they want.\n\nThere will also be t
 ime to network\, share ideas and connect with others on similar journeys.\
 n\n\n\nAnyone supporting students and young adults with disabilities is we
