DESCRIPTION:Learn about Charting the LifeCourse (CtLC)\, a practical\, fami
 ly-centered framework for planning across the lifespan\, in this free webi
 nar series\n\nFamily Matters Parent Training and Information Center will h
 ost part three of the Charting the LifeCourse Monthly Lunch &amp\; Learn S
 eries "Integrated Supports Star" on March 19 from 12 to 12:45 p.m.\n\nThe 
 12-session virtual series will introduce Charting the LifeCourse (CtLC)\, 
 a practical\, family-centered framework for planning across the lifespan. 
 Each month\, families\, youth\, and professionals will explore one key CtL
 C tool or concept through:\n\n 	Short videos\n 	Guided discussion\n 	Examp
 les of how families are using these tools to plan\, connect and advocate f
 or the life they want.\n\nThis session will explore the Integrated Support
 s Star. Guided discussion and applied activities will help participants le
 arn how to use the tool to:\n\n 	Identify the five categories of supports\
 n 	Examine the risks of relying on a single type of support\n 	Map life do
 mains for a student or young adult with a disability\n 	Identify gaps wher
 e additional supports can strengthen long-term quality of life\n\n\n\n\nTh
 ere will also be time to network\, share ideas\, and connect with others o
 n similar journeys.\n\nAnyone supporting students and young adults with di
