DESCRIPTION:Learn about Charting the LifeCourse (CtLC)\, a practical\, fami
 ly-centered framework for planning across the lifespan\, in this free webi
 nar series\n\nFamily Matters Parent Training and Information Center will h
 ost part five\, "Building Out a Plan Using the Life Trajectory Planning To
 ol\," on May 21 from 12 to 12:45 p.m.\n\nThe 12-session virtual series wil
 l introduce Charting the LifeCourse (CtLC)\, a practical\, family-centered
  framework for planning across the lifespan. Each month\, families\, youth
 \, and professionals will explore one key CtLC tool or concept through:\n\
 n 	Short videos\n 	Guided discussion\n 	Examples of how families are using
  these tools to plan\, connect and advocate for the life they want.\n\nThi
 s session will explore the Life Trajectory Planning Tool\, which supports 
 direction-based planning for individuals with disabilities.\n\nThis sessio
 n will emphasize taking small\, actionable steps toward a meaningful\, sel
 f-directed future.\n\nThe discussion and activities will focus on helping 
 participants:\n\n 	Identify “good life” and “not a good life” outc
 omes\n 	Explore how fear-based planning limits opportunities\n 	Learn to r
 eframe decisions.\n\n\n\n\nThere will also be time to network\, share idea
 s\, and connect with others on similar journeys.\n\nAnyone supporting stud
