 ver Action Network (CAN) will host “Benchmarks of Care: When Caring Hurt
 s - Managing the Emotional Rollercoaster of Caregiving” on May 26 from 1
  to 2 p.m.\n\nCaring for a loved one with post-traumatic stress disorder (
 PTSD) can be incredibly challenging and isolating. For those who are also 
 working\, that strain can affect focus\, energy\, relationships and overal
 l well-being.\n\nThis Benchmarks of Care training will explore the emotion
 al realities of caregiving\, including anxiety\, frustration\, guilt and g
 rief.\n\nJoin Director of Community Engagement and Partnerships at Mental 
 Health America Niya McCray-Brown\, CAN Director of Engagement and Project 
 Management Paola Zambrana\, and CAN Director of Community Initiatives Nich
 ole Goble for help with navigating the complexities of PTSD with greater r
